ACOS™ High Speed Medicinal Chemistry
Anthill Technologies offers lead generation capabilities that provide access to large numbers of new and novel chemical compositions, intermediates, products and processes in a rapid and cost effective manner. By leveraging the power of its ACOS™ chemical discovery engine, Anthill can provide access to structures, analogs and derivative compositions from 'non-standard' sources, such as natural products and natural product feed-streams, plant, crop, cell culture and other broths and extracts, industrial intermediates and process streams and crude, complex and un-optimized reaction mixtures.
Anthill also offers lead optimization capabilities for the custom design and synthesis of focused chemical libraries. Using its ACOS™ chemical discovery engine and unrivaled high-throughput chemistry knowledge and experience, Anthill can quickly (within a two to four week timeframe), design, synthesize, purify and deliver a library of between 20 and 200 analog compounds based upon a client's unique specifications. This approach assists a client to rapidly identify the best compound, with the right balance of pre-defined properties, for further study and analysis.
Anthill's unique approach provides for rapid design-synthesis-screen discovery cycles and a flexible scientific staff that can quickly adapt to the changing requirements of a client's drug discovery program. This rapid processing of data also allows for the parallel optimization of multiple properties, including potency, selectivity, physiochemical, ADME and toxicology.
