Anthill Technologies has assembled an experienced management and business team with a proven record of success in the chemical and drug discovery industries and a world-class scientific and operating team, with more than 100+ years of combined experience in the fields of high-speed chemistry, separation science, surface chemistry and in chemical, mechanical, electrical, software and systems engineering. Anthill's management team is comprised of the following professionals:

Joseph C. Hogan Jr., Ph.D., Chief Executive Officer. Dr. Hogan has served as Anthill's Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors since the Company's inception. Dr. Hogan was a founder of ArQule, Inc., and served as its Chief Scientific Officer and Senior Vice President of Research and Development from ArQule’s inception in 1993 until November 1999. Dr. Hogan also served as ArQule’s Chairman of the Board from January 1996 until November 1999. Dr. Hogan received his M.S. and B.S. in Chemistry from Boston College and his Ph.D. from Boston College and the Max Planck Institut fuer Kohlenforschung, Muelheim/Ruhr, Germany. Matthew J. Hogan, J.D., Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Hogan has served as Anthill's Chief Operating Officer and on Anthill's Board of Directors since the Company's inception. Prior to joining Anthill, Mr. Hogan was involved in a similar position at a variety of startups including Alveus Systems and Vectis Corporation. From 1996-1999, Mr. Hogan also worked in Boston as a corporate attorney at Posternak, Blankstein and Lund, LLP, specializing in venture capital financing and mergers and acquisitions. Carmen M. Baldino, Ph.D., Vice President of Chemistry. Dr. Baldino has served as Anthill's Vice President of Chemistry since joining the Company in April 2007. Prior to joining the Company, Dr. Baldino served as Vice President of Chemistry and Business Development for BioDuro, LLC, a life science outsourcing services company. Dr. Baldino spent ten years at ArQule, Inc., most recently as Vice President of Chemistry, managing a group of scientists responsible for the design and synthesis of primary screening libraries, high-speed medicinal chemistry, and analytical chemistry. Dr. Baldino obtained his B. S. in Chemistry from Southern Connecticut State University (1987), Ph. D. from Purdue University & the Scripps Research Institute (1993), with Professor Dale L. Boger, and completed a post-doctoral fellowship at Yale University with Professor Harry H. Wasserman, both focused on natural products total synthesis. Justin Caserta, B.S., M.B.A., Vice President of Technology. Mr. Caserta has served as Anthill's Vice President of Technology Development since joining the company in November 2006. From 2004 to 2006 Mr. Caserta served as Director of Technical Operations at ArQule, Inc., where he directed the efforts in high throughput chemical synthesis, automated systems development, materials management and chemical distribution to collaborative partners. From 1995 to 2004 Mr. Caserta held various positions of increasing responsibility at ArQule, Inc., joining the company as Project Engineer and rising to the position of Director of Production Operations. Prior to this, Mr. Caserta served Polaroid Corporation as a chemical engineer, automating chemical processes in Polaroid's pilot plant operations. Joseph C. Hogan III, J.D., Vice President of Strategy and Legal Affairs. Mr. Hogan has served as Anthill's Vice President of Strategy and Legal Affairs since joining the Company in September 2007. From May 2002 through August 2007, Mr. Hogan served as Senior Counsel, Corporate, Securities and Mergers and Acquisitions, for Hewlett-Packard Company, where he acted as lead counsel on numerous private company acquisitions and assisted HP's Tax and Treasury groups in a variety of complex transactions. Mr. Hogan served as senior counsel for Compaq Computer Corporation from December 2000 until Compaq's acquisition by HP in May 2002, where he provided legal support for an investment program in genomics and bioinformatics companies. From September 1994 through December 2000, Mr. Hogan was a corporate attorney with Hale and Dorr, LLP, where he advised public and private companies in financing, securities, corporate governance and general legal matters. Michael D. Raimo, Vice President of Engineering and Product Sales. Mr. Raimo has served as Anthill's Vice President of Engineering and Product Sales since joining the Company in December 2006. Prior to joining Anthill Technologies, Mr. Raimo founded Engineered & Automated Solutions Inc. in 2006, a product development company that catered to life science and high technology industries. Mr. Raimo worked in ArQule, Inc's. Engineering department from October 1997 through May 2006, where he served as ArQule's Engineering Manager of Operations from January 2004 to May 2006. From May 1989 through August 1997, Mr. Raimo was Senior Design Engineer at Assembly & Automation Technology, where he developed custom robotic automation systems for the manufacturing and biotech industries. Mr. Raimo received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering (1989) and a B.S. Electrical Engineering (2006) from Wentworth Institute of Technology. Laszlo Varady, Ph.D., Vice President of Research. Dr. Varady has served as Anthill's Vice President of Research since joining the Company in August 2006. Prior to joining Anthill Technologies, he spent 9 years at ArQule Inc. as Director of Applications Development where his responsibilities included implementing combinatorial chemistry for non-pharmaceutical applications. Prior to joining ArQule, Dr. Varady spent 6 years at PerSeptive Biosystems as Director of Surface Chemistry Rational Surface Design developing cutting edge separation media for biomolecule purifications. Dr. Varady received a B.S (1980) and an M.S. (1982) in Chemical Engineering and a Ph.D. (1985) in Biochemistry from the Technical University of Budapest.
