Anthill's Vision

Anthill Technologies, Inc. is pioneering the development and commercialization of a unique proprietary applied chemistry operating system (ACOS™) and a novel high-speed chemical discovery engine based on this operating system to dramatically reduce the time, cost and risk factors associated with discovering and developing chemical compositions, pathways, processes and products for applications in both life science and non-life science markets. Anthill’s objective is to leverage its ACOS™ chemical discovery engine to transform the traditional slow, stepwise and sequential process of moving a chemical idea through the various stages of discovery, development, scale-up and manufacturing into a rapid, integrated and parallel process. Anthill expects that this revolutionary approach will yield significant benefits, including (i) dramatic reductions in the time, cost and risk required to access new and proprietary chemical compositions and processes for a wide range of applications, (ii) more efficient use of research, development, engineering and manufacturing resources and (iii) faster times to market, resulting in more favorable returns on R&D investments.

Anthill’s strategy is to utilize its ACOS™ chemical discovery engine to deliver differentiated products and capabilities to selected, high-value segments of the chemical industry in the near term. Anthill is initially focused on a significant set of unmet chemistry-related needs in the small molecule biotech segment of the drug discovery market, with special emphasis on the Boston area supercluster of companies. In the near term, Anthill plans to expand its focus to include other key leverage points for both life science and non-life science applications and markets. Over the longer term, Anthill intends to apply its ACOS™ chemical discovery engine to cost-effectively locate and capture previously inaccessible and/or unexplored chemical compositions, pathways, processes and products for a wide range of commercially interesting applications and markets.

Anthill believes that the much more nimble approach to chemistry made possible by its ACOS™ chemical discovery engine will transform the process of chemical discovery, development and manufacturing in a manner similar to that which occurred with the advent of the personal computer in the computing industry. With its proprietary technologies and experience in drug discovery, industrial chemistry, separation science and high-speed automated research, Anthill is uniquely positioned to lead the chemical industry into the twenty-first century.
